2. Training at Your Shop (Trainer Travels to You)
Designed for existing shops or cafés that prefer guidance in their own working environment.

● Minimum booking: 3 hours
● Training format: On-site practical training at your premises
Pricing
● £180 per hour
Additional Costs (Paid by Client)
● Travel costs (train / flight – reimbursed at cost)
● Accommodation if required (£120–£180 per night)
● Local transportation (Uber / Tube)
Training time starts from arrival at the client’s premises. Waiting time caused by preparation or equipment issues will be included in the charged time.

Booking & Payment Terms
● Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit
● The remaining balance must be paid prior to the training date
● Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled training date are eligible for a deposit refund
● Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled training date will result in the deposit being non-refundable
● If the trainer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the training will be rescheduled at no additional cost
