PET — crystal-clear finish

Rigid material with premium clarity, used for the 98 mm flat-bottom cup range. Available in 360 ml, 500 ml and 700 ml.

PP — clear or frosted finish

Lightweight and flexible material used for the 90 mm and 95 mm U-shaped or injection cup ranges.

Available PP cup sizes

90 mm: 500 ml and 700 ml. 95 mm: 360 ml, 500 ml and 700 ml. Frosted PP is available for selected cup options only and must be confirmed before ordering.

Can I print a full design, not just a logo?

Yes. Depending on the selected product and print method, you can request a logo, repeated pattern, illustration, short message or a more complete printed design. Send the artwork for checking.

Can I customise packaging that I bought elsewhere?

This service is offered for eligible packaging purchased from Bubble Crush. This allows us to check the product specification and printing requirements together.

Which artwork files should I provide?

Vector files such as AI, EPS or print-ready PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be checked before quotation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. Minimum quantities depend on the product, size, material, print method and artwork. Tell us your estimated quantity and we will confirm the available option.

Will I see the design before printing?

Yes. A digital artwork proof is provided for approval before production begins.

How long will production take?

Lead time depends on the product, quantity and the date the artwork is approved. The estimated schedule is confirmed with the quotation.

How do I know which sealing film to choose?

Send us the cup specification and sealing-machine details. We will check whether plastic or paper film is suitable and confirm the required specification.
