Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday – Friday): Dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM (Monday – Friday): Dispatched the next working day.
- Weekend & Bank Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: During peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays, dispatch and delivery times may vary.
Delivery Methods
- Parcel Delivery (small to medium orders): Monday – Friday, via third-party couriers.
- Pallet Delivery (bulk orders): Monday – Friday, kerbside drop-off only.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total order weight. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
- 0kg – 20kg: £8.00
- 20kg – 40kg: £15.00
- 40kg – 60kg: £20.00
- 60kg – 80kg: £25.00
- 80kg – 100kg: £30.00
- 100kg – 120kg: £35.00
- 120kg – 140kg: £40.00
- 140kg – 160kg: £45.00
📦 Free Delivery: Orders over £300 qualify for free shipping.
⚠️ Exclusion: “Free Now” items are not included in the free delivery threshold calculation.
Delivery Requirements
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- For pallet deliveries, please ensure suitable access for a large vehicle.
- Kerbside Delivery: Pallet orders are delivered to the roadside/entrance only. Drivers are not responsible for unloading or moving goods inside your premises.
- Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges. A £50 + VAT redelivery fee applies.
Delivery Areas & Timescales
Currently, we deliver within the UK only. Estimated transit times are:
- England, Wales & Scotland: 1–3 working days
- Northern Ireland: 3–6 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Special Requests
- Timed deliveries, same-day deliveries, or Saturday deliveries may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.
- Please contact us by email or WhatsApp with any special delivery instructions before placing your order.
Shipping Policy & Claims
We take great care in packing your order. However, once goods are dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs from multiple angles upon receipt and notify us immediately.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: All claims must be submitted in writing within 2 working days of dispatch, with photographic evidence of all items received.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to investigate all claims before issuing replacements or credits.
⚠️ Important: If a dispatched order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all redelivery costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
