Order Summary & Timelines

To provide transparency for our customers and comply with global standards, our delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Order Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 10:00 AM (GMT)

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday – Friday): Dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM (Monday – Friday): Dispatched the next working day.

  • Weekend & Bank Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next working day.

  • Please note: During peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays, dispatch and delivery times may vary, but we aim to notify customers within 24 hours of any significant delays.

Delivery Methods

  • Parcel Delivery (small to medium orders): Monday – Friday, via third-party couriers.

  • Pallet Delivery (bulk orders): Monday – Friday, kerbside drop-off only.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total order weight.

  • 0kg – 2kg: £3.99

  • 2kg – 5kg: £4.99
  • 5kg – 10kg: £7.99
  • 10kg – 20kg: £9.99
  • 20kg – 40kg: £14.99

  • 40kg – 60kg: £19.99 

  • 60kg – 80kg: £24.99

  • 80kg – 100kg: £30.00

  • 100kg – 120kg: £35.00

  • 120kg – 140kg: £40.00

  • 140kg – 160kg: £45.00

  • 160 and above:£ 50
  • Free Delivery: Orders over £300 qualify for free shipping. (Note: “Free Now” items are excluded from the free delivery threshold calculation.)

Delivery Requirements & Failed Attempts

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • Kerbside Delivery: Pallet orders are delivered to the roadside/entrance only. Drivers are not responsible for unloading goods inside your premises.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or restricted access, a £50 + VAT redelivery fee will apply.

Delivery Areas & Estimated Transit Times

Currently, we deliver within the UK only.

  • England, Wales & Scotland: 1–3 working days.

  • Northern Ireland: 3–6 working days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy & Claims

Responsibility transfers to the courier once goods are dispatched.

  • Damaged Parcels: Please take clear photographs upon receipt and notify us immediately.

  • Claims: All claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 2 working days of dispatch with photographic evidence.

  • Non-Refundable: If an order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all redelivery costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
