1️⃣ How long does delivery take?

Orders before 10:00 AM → same-day processing. Delivery within 2–4 working days (UK only).

 

2️⃣ Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if your order is not yet processed. Contact us via WhatsApp. Fees/delays may apply after processing.

 

3️⃣ How can I track my order?

Provide phone & email at checkout. You will receive tracking from our courier partner.

 

4️⃣ What if my goods arrive damaged?

Take photos & refuse delivery or contact us immediately. Refund/replacement arranged after verification.

 

5️⃣ Why are returns not accepted?

Most products are food/customised items, so returns are not possible unless faulty.
